What the club says: An inviting little nine-holer situated 2 miles from glasgow . Slightly hilly park land course with its fair share of surprises, despite being only 9 holes.

Great wee course, great fun to play and you can get round it in an hour and a quarter or so. Ideal for a quick round in the morning or after work. Some good views over the city from the top of some holes.

The course is well kept for a council course, don't expect micro manicured greens and fairways, but it's fine and consistent throughout. It can get a bit wet on the first and ninth holes if there has been heavy rainfall, but nothing drastic.

It's a short course, but hilly with some blind approaches and small protected greens make it a nice challenge but still short enough to be enjoyable for the beginner golfer like myself.

The staff in the officer are always very helpful too.

Played Sunday afternoon in blustery weather greens were in good condition fairways were a bit soggy and would have been better had the mowers been out to trim them overall not a bad round

not too bad for time of year although the greens could be doing with cutting more often and get the sand cleared from the greens
