GolfMission iPhone App

GolfMission, winner of the prestigious Golf Europe Product Award for Best Training Aid 2011, is now available as an iPhone App from the App Store for just £1.49.

Unusually for an app, GolfMission is not a virtual game. Instead, it’s the world’s first serious on-course focus tool in game format, designed to help beginners and expert golfers alike tighten up their game, lower their scores and improve their handicaps.

The app is used, on-course and in real-time. It take users through a series of challenges - or ‘missions’ – throughout the round and points are scored for both winning the hole, as in standard match play, and for completing the mission set by the app on each hole.

For example typical ‘missions’ might include: ‘Avoid sand and water and make a maximum of two putts’ or ‘Hit the green in regulation’. All normal handicap rules apply. Great for a competitive two-ball or team game and ideal for a meaningful solo practice round. With a mission on every hole players will stay completely focused from the 1st tee to the 18th green.

The GolfMission App incorporates an easy to use, stylish interface and scoring facilities for two or four players. All you need is an iphone, a set of clubs and a desire to improve your golf.
