Winning the Truist Championship, Austria's Sepp Straka achieved a new milestone in his career by clinching a Signature Event on the PGA Tour.

Who is Sepp Straka?
Born in Vienna in 1993 to an American mother and an Austrian father, the family relocated to Georgia in the United States when he was 14.
Growing up with twin brother Sam - another gifted player - Straka represented Austria in the European Boys' Team Championship. He later played college golf at the University of Georgia, before turning professional and qualifying for the Web.Com Tour in 2017.
Making it onto the PGA Tour in 2019, Straka enjoyed a solid beginning before his breakthrough in 2022 when he won the Honda Classic. Winning the John Deere Classic the following summer, before finishing runner-up in The Open at Royal Liverpool, Straka was then part of Europe's triumphant team at the Ryder Cup in Rome.
In 2025, Straka has won twice on the PGA Tour and has moved into the top ten in the Official World Golf Ranking.
