Ryan Fox is a New Zealand professional golfer who has won on both the DP World Tour and PGA Tour, with his most recent success coming in the RBC Canadian Open, where he won a playoff against Sam Burns.

Who is Ryan Fox?

Born in Auckland in 1987, Fox is the son of Grant Fox, who won the Rugby World Cup as part of the New Zealand squad that same year.
Ryan turned professional in 2012 and progressed through the PGA Tour of Australasia, before making his way onto the Challenge Tour and ultimately securing his card on the European Tour in 2017.
Since then, Fox has claimed four titles on that circuit, including the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship in 2022 and the flagship BMW PGA Championship in 2023.
Making his major championship debut in 2015 at St Andrews in The Open, Fox has played and made the cut in all four of the biggest events in the game, with more success sure to come after his second triumph on the PGA Tour.
