Golf makes its returns to the Olympic Games this week after an absence of 112 years in Rio. The months leading up to the event haven't gone anywhere near as smoothly as would have been hoped, but 120 players are in Brazil and set to compete on an intriguing course designed by Gil Hanse, the man behind Castle Stuart in Scotland.

Golf Digest have released a video discussing the course and impressions of it. Positivity and praise is becoming a theme.

This detailed flyover offers a different perspective of the holes, which should provide an increased level of understanding.

Earlier this year, leading Bazilian golfers had the opportunity to play the course in a tournament established to test the layout ahead of the Games. This offers just a little more insight into what we can expect when Henrik and Sergio tee off on Thursday.
