What the club says: Legacy Ridge Golf Club (formerly known as the Owen Sound Golf & Country Club) was first established in 1920, and it has continued to serve the Owen Sound golf community for nearly 100 years. The course spans more than 6,000 yards over 18 holes. It was designed by famed golf course architect Stanley Thompson, and it accomplishes the difficult task of appealing to golfers of all skill levels. The layout forces serious players to push their skills while the scenic vistas from atop the Georgian Cliffs give newcomers breath-taking, relaxing views from Owen Sound.
