What the club says: Lidingo Golf Club is situated in the middle of Lidingo’s idyllic villa town, located approximately 15 minutes by car from the centre of Stockholm.
The golf course is Swedens oldest 18 hole golf course. It is an exciting; somewhat undulated park course with fairways embedded amongst beautiful homes and well-managed forest groves. The golf course, originally with a classic old English course layout designed by the English golf course architect H G Mac Donald, has been subject to complete reconstruction (2007-2009) and modernization using the latest technology including a new course layout designed by golf course architect Peter Chamberlain.
