What The Club Says
The Villamartín golf course is the first course owned by QUARA Group. This course was designed by Mr. Puttman and opened in 1972. It is, therefore, one of the most established courses in the Community of Valencia. Its extraordinary design and unmatched setting undoubtedly make this course one of the best golf courses in Spain. Its well-rooted and mature vegetation of over 35 years provides a beautiful backdrop.

Poor Value...
Sadly, this course is very much overrated. There simply is too much traffic on it and to be honest it came across as 'cheap' yet the green fee is expensive! Rubble and building works in many areas - the second hole is just awful next to the road, and there is no car park!! Who builds a golf course without a carpark! Blind shot after blind shot, the 10th basically has a runoff that starts in the middle of the fairway!!!Reviewer Rating

Let down by disregard for female players
We play this course at least twice a year, and like the layout a lot. There's enough challenge for most handicaps. This year though, the female tee boxes were a state. The first tee was virtually a bunker, it was so sandy. It became evident as we went around the course that attention had only been paid to male tees. We get charged to same and so should get the same level of consideration.Reviewer Rating

Very nice course
Great course in good condition, pace of play was good and would play it again. Course didn't have a car park for those that will drive there, but plenty of street parking outside.Reviewer Rating

Well maintained course but very expensive ?180 for two players & a buggy. ???? unable to use the buggy on the day due to the weather charged ?18 each for push trolleys. Cost of it all put a downer on the game.Reviewer Rating
