What the club says: There are a total of 45 holes at St Leon-Rot, the standard of the to layouts being superb. The course was designed by Dave Thomas, who has done an excellent job of creating a challenging layout. Some earth moving was required on this relatively flat tract of land and Thomas has created some pleasing mounding and some difficult water hazards in the form of lakes and streams. Accuracy is required to achieve a good round on the St Leon course, and you will also need a soft touch around the well protected, undulating and large greens.
