On the 18-hole course, numerous golfing delights await—and pose a challenge to your handicap. The strategic design offers beginners a fair chance while presenting a true test for skilled players.

The first nine holes are hilly. Situated in the foothills of the Jura Mountains, their elevated position affords breathtaking views across the entire Danube Valley. The fairways are open and generously wide, yet the sloping terrain means they should not be underestimated. The greens feature gentle contours, requiring a delicate touch and skill during approach shots and putting.

Water plays a starring role on the second nine holes. Laid out on flat terrain, this section is reminiscent of a manicured English parkland with mature trees. The holes run directly alongside the Danube—incidentally, this is the only course in all of Europe where the river flows right past the fairways.
Passing ships create a uniquely romantic and idyllic atmosphere. The holes here are somewhat narrower and longer, and with numerous water hazards in play, the excitement lasts right to the very end.

The beautifully situated public 9-hole course offers an ideal setting for playing and practicing—especially for beginners—while also posing significant challenges for professionals due to its narrow fairways and sloping lies.
