What The Club Says
Fulneck Golf Club was founded in 1892 and is believed to be the oldest golf club in Leeds. The Club is situated in the picturesque Fulneck valley running between Pudsey and the village of Tong. The course is laid out, partly in the valley and partly on the slopes, leading down from the clubhouse. with a yardage of 5,456 spread out over nine holes. Tong Beck provides a most effective water hazard for the valley shots.

A great nine holes
Fulneck is a golf course perfect for a quote evening round. Beautifully kept and maintained throughout the 9 holes with good variation and lots of level changes throughout.The final hole is a real test of your fitness, putting its fellow Leeds club gotts park to shame with the steepness of its hull

Fulneck
What a fantastic course this is. Booked not realising it was a nine holer so twice around it was albeit differant t offs on most of second 9 hole. Loved it.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 101 Handicap: 33.2)

Hidden gem
fantastic little course in the tong valley, you wouldn't believe you were in Pudsey. its like being in the countryside. Not a long course but the layout makes a fantastic challenge. The 3rd is one of the hardest par 3's around and the 9th is possibly the hardest par 4 ive ever played, but its made me want to conquer it.Reviewer Rating

Always worth a visit
A lovely warm welcome on a busy bank holiday but was able to get out on the course with no issues. All the members were friendly and the course was in great condition with good bounces on the fairway but still receptive greens.Amazing value for money and you get a little bit of everything - short par 4?s, tight par 3?s and the monster 9th that plays way longer than the yardage on the card.

Worth a round if you can find it. Variation, views and challenge.
Couldn’t have picked a worse day for weather. By the time my brother and I had completed 18 holes, every other player had gone home.The course is tucked away behind Fulneck school. I would like to play it again in better weather. By the time we had reached the 16th, after incessant showers there was standing water on the green.

Well kept, good price, great little course
Tricky place to find, but well worth it. Very relaxing and picturesque. Layout is good and sufficiently challenging, going up and down a valley. Really well kept course too. Excellent value for money, I’ll be back soon.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 44 Handicap: )
