What The Club Says

East Bierley Golf Club opened its doors in 1929 and has been based at its current site since 1924 but it is really in the last 20 years that major changes and improvements have taken place. It started with the purchase of the course, the building of a purpose built clubhouse and machinery shed and appointment of a PGA professional.

Warm welcome. Honesty box option. £10 (9 holes). Course in good condition. Greens fairly true. All in all good value for money. May I suggest better directions to the 8 th tee. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

First time playing at EBGC but was very happy with the course! The thick cut of rough cost me a few balls but I enjoyed the course! Favourite hole would have to be the 8th/17th as I birdied it on the front nine coming within 2 feet from the fairway and parred it on the back nine all lovely hole and course will be returning again too improve on my 99 shot today

unfortunately i went to play when there was a pro am, 36 women on a sunny day what more could any man wish for?lol. finally got on course at 6pm but had a decent all round game. need a new 3 wood that i can get on with? losing too many strokes due to this! finally found some irons that i get on with and my driver is now pretty consistent. loving it.

this is a great little 9 holer that you go round twice. members are most accomodating and welcoming too. great golf club. will defo be going again.
