The Ramada Gloucester Hotel and Resort hosts a fabulous 6,170 yard, par 70 championship course set in mature parkland on the edge of the Cotswolds. One of the most challenging courses in the area, it has staged the West of England PGA Championship, and regularly holds pro-am competitions. The first 11 holes will have you negotiating the lower slopes with streams running parallel and across the fairways. Enjoy the 12th, which is a challenging uphill par 3, before entering the scenic holes which overlook Gloucester and the surrounding countryside. Although the second nine is the shorter of the two, it is an exciting challenge, especially the downhill 18th, which is one of the best finishing holes in the county.
