It is what it is,the more the merrier,with no etiquette.overpriced and very boggy,landfill tipping in progress so beware !!

Signature course is in pretty good nick for this time of year but there are several issues i think this course needs to address. Yes its a pay-and-play course and its obvious that its the money they are after. Having turned up at 09.00 the place was packed and just about to pay and a group walked back in requesting a refund as they had been waiting on the Signature first tee for an hour and still had 3 groups in front of them. We came back at 11 and still had a 30 minute wait and the round took 4 hours in a buggy !!!!!
This course needs to learn some lessons. Firstly they should adopt a more "US" style at busy weekends by making up 4 balls. There were too many 2 and 3 balls out which slowed play. In fact we joined up with the 2 ball in front of us at the 3rd tee. Also there had been som much heavy rain in the previous few days that I suspect that any membership course would have been closed. Added to this is the continued lack of respect by players not repairing pitch marks....

Very wet and muddy on the fairways today, not so sure other clubs would have let people on a course when it was so wet and muddy. I hope it doesn't leave the fairways in a poor condition when the weather gets better. It will take some serious rolling work to get it nice and smooth again.

Bearing in mind how bad the weather was with very heavy rain, the course was in very good condition. There were no areas on the course that had flooded, and the ball did not plug once in the fairway or rough.
Excellent value for money, especially if your emergency services which is £10 a round!

When they finish their driving range it will have everything you need. The course was wet, after all there are a lot of lakes and ponds but played well despite recent rain. The greens are good but it's a shame people can't or wont repair pitch marks! Despite this it was a good day out and in the immortal words of arnie........I'll be back

Course a little wet today after all the rain yesterday, but was playable, in my opinion the better of the 2 courses at woodlands
