Playing really nice although I didn't take advantage. Short fame let me down....again. They gave been doing a lot of work on this course. Only down side is the 15th tee box. Heavily damaged due to rabbits I think. Other than that it is in very good nick.

lovely course - spitfire is an interesting round of golf and with the twilight rates they offer extremely good value for money.

work being carried out at present.but the greens are good,fairways are challenging.
only thing is if you havnt booked a society,and just turn up,they do not have tee times.you go when you are ready.

Is always in good condition but is at its best in the summer and the greens and fairways are ledgend and is always nice to play there.

Loved the Hurricane, first visit but will be going back, even if its to find all the balls I lost. Only moan was number of unrepaired pitch marks on the greens. Facilities are excellent, and the course is a pleasure to play. Plan to hold a corporate day here in 2009

two great course (hurricane and spitfire).
We played both for £40 in a day (buggies etc and reccomneded).

Considering the rain we have the course was in superb condition. Fairways were not boggy and greens were superb. Would definitely recommend
