An open but long course. The major issue and hazard this course offers is the long rough and strong winds. Could be a challenge to any golfer with a handicap of 16 and over.

We played after a 2 week spell of terrible weather. Expecting the course to be boggy and have patches of surface water pretty much everywhere. Pleasantly surprised and very impressed with how dry the entire course was. Greens were still fast, and no puddles to be seen anywhere. Hats off to whoever built the course as the drainage is superb.

Under new management so clubhouse atmosphere much improved. Course is the usual high standard - probably the one of the best winter courses with no mud even after heavy rain. Greens are excellent. Highly recommended.

Nice course, at least this year they hadnt put massive lines of spikes marks across every green which spoilt the 2011 round

I played this course for the first time while visiting my brother in Kent and on a £20 deal until the 18th of April, normally £45.For this time of the year i was blown away by the fantastic condition and layout of the course, excellent facilities and very friendly staff.My favourite course in the SE alongside Dale hill.Each hole is different from the next and the sand in the bunkers was top notch. The greenkeeper and staff should be commended and given a bonus along with the designer....what a cracking course!!! My only gripe was possibly the slow pace during the round, almost 5 hours., but it just gave me more time to soak up the beautiful flora and fauna complimented by a golf course i would play any time even for £45!!!My handicap is 8.6

brilliant course no matter what the conditions and have enjoyed starting there and has helped improve my skill, also the acadamy is amazing with fanominal coaches I would recommend to any body.

A nice course that has matured over past 10 years and offers some real good golf holes. Riugh is a challenge as is the ever present wind. No water hazards just plenty of bunkers and rough to catch the wayward. Par 5 10th is a monster challenge into the wind followed by a 190yard par 3 into the wind!
Nice modern clubhouse and good food. Always played as part of a charity day here so never paid usual green fees but seems OK price on website

I played Kings Hill on a society day. Great course, great clubhouse, great staff. Perfect greens and bunkers. I'm planning a return trip.
Links style on the old WWII fighter base of West Malling airfield.

Update to my earlier review: I played this afternoon and it is in wonderful shape. No mud, greens running fast and true ad very quiet. If you fancy a day out in Kent, this is the place

This is a superb inland course. Testing but fair. You'll need every club in the bag and some good course management to play to your handicap. Even the short par 4s require careful thought and the 18th is as testing a finishing hole as you'll find anywhere, particularly if there is an E or NE wind blowing.
