Great course super layout

I was unaware that the course was designed by Dr Alister Mackenzie and purely based on this I played the course and loved it. Yes there are there maybe more challenging and exclusive courses in the area however this provided a true challenge. The course has a number of doglegs and position is everything par 3?s are well protected by bunkers. Course was playing short due to the very dry conditions

The course played great on a wet day. Lovely course layout and the greens have improved vastly.

Excellent experience

Course was in good condition, a fair challenge and very reasonably priced , everyone n the 4 ball enjoyed it and played well

Good Condition and great value

In better condition than I've seen it for ages, good to see the groundstaff out raking bunkers and moving pin positions as we were going round.

Used to play the park a lot but the greens got to be so poor it wasn't enjoyable. Good to see them in far better nick, a couple were a bit woolly and lacking grass but still better than they were

Very nice course, worth a visit.

Tough front 9 at par 36 and a much easier and open back nine at or 34. Excellent scenery and some challenging holes. The only downside I?d give to this course is that it is necessary to cross a busy road to continue after the second hole on the front 9, and cross back to begin the back nine. There are traffic lights and a crossing but I wouldn't expect it on a course.

Not been for a few years

and was pleasantly surprised how good a condition it was in given the recent heatwave. Greens were actually a little damp and slow after some rain in the morning. The rough was well defined and punished you accordingly without killing the round.

Much improved

This course has improved so much since last year. New greens staff have worked hard and the results are obvious.. Tees still need a bit of work but the fairways were good and most of the greens ran true. Will be back. Recommended for all golfers. A good test. Very scenic now with nice definition. Keep up the good work!
