Staining Lodge Golf Course
The 18 hole course is set in approximately 160 acres of Fylde countryside.
From the white tees, the Par 72 at Staining Golf Club measures 6,492 yards. With wide fairways, short rough and few bunkers the 18 hole golf course is ideal for beginners. However don’t be fooled in to thinking the golf course is easy as its cleverly structured layout and design will prove a test for golfers of all abilities.

Excellent facilities however the back nine is new and you can tell as it is not as well established as the front nine but the front nine was the same 4 years ago. I will definitely play there a game as the course is enjoyable and has some fantastic views across the fylde

Class this as my 'home' ground, great course for beginners and the club in general is superb with good facilities ie driving range and chipping range plus practice putting green. Great staff - helpful and friendly too.

An excellent course for beginners. Wide open fairways, and usually well drained. Better golfers may find it lacks a little challenge, but for mid to high handicappers, it's well worth the money.

Played a couple of times when it is windy it is an extremely challenging. Interesting for both high and low handicapers, though still has some maturing. No members so easy to book a tee. Well worth a visit. Nice bar with nice food

This is a great little course for £20 a round. Its still a very new course so a lot of the landscape like the trees are still growing but the layout is really good. Its a great course for beginners as the fairways are really wide and there's not to much long rough or bunkers to punish you. The only thing i dont like is that the front greens are a lot slower than the back 9. This is because the back 9 has only just opened. The club house is top notch too. A modern little building with very reasonable prices. Its has Sky sports in the bar and seating outside for when the weather is nice overlooking the 10th T.

good course, new back 9 added, plain course few trees etc tricky with bunkers, good strategic holes, wide fairways in parts real mix of holes numerous dog legs few par 3's mainly 4's and a few 5's
