What the club says: The course is suitable for golfers of all ages and abilities. The flat parkland layout is easy on the legs, yet the narrow fairways and water hazards make it a challenge. The 9 holes are played over 48 acres of parkland terrain with a par of 35 and a yardage of 2980 yards. Competition players use a secondary set of tees giving a fresh challenge on almost all the holes. On several holes the length changes by up to 70 yards substantially changing the character of the holes.

even after the rain course still looking good drainage really working people really helpfull and amiable

The Management and Green Staff should be congratulated on the efforts made during the the winter season.The area has has horrendous weather but with the work carried out on drainage the course drains very fast.

With just few days break without torrential rain the course becomes very playable -really looking forward to the season ahead.

Recommended as the best informal Golf Club in the north west where the enjoyment of the game is more important than normal golf club - and you will always get a welcome in the club house.

Just call in for a viewing and see what is on offer.

9 x 18 Hole Course / Indoor Swingstudio with latest simulator facilities (Flightscope E6) / Cafe\'19 / Bar / Snooker Room / Gym.

All open to the so just come along and enjoy.

Really friendly club. course was boggy but they are trying to sort with better drainage at the moment. The round is excellent value for money.

what a round now getting carries now fairways firming up greens looking better and the people down there are really making me feel welcome with no stuffyness

After the weather we had greenkeeper needs a pat on the back, fairways only had tiny bits of standing water and the greens was excellent. this course is improving all the time.

a lot f work has been done on the course and it shows large fairwaays to let you drive with testing 3rd par 3 over water
