Green fee is only £20 between 12 and 3pm, for this course it’s a steal it really is. Greens were true and fast, couldn’t ask for more and considering the heat fairways and approaches were really good, grass range is lovely too.
Only downside was needing to go up the road for that much needed beer.

lovely course
one of the best courses around. Short but always in great condition, Greens run very well and quick. Lovely holes including the 12th and 18th.(Round played: Aug 2020 - Score: 84 Handicap: 11.1)

Superb as always
Whatever the weather, whatever the time of year - it's always a joy to play. lovely scenic holes that provide a good challenge. Green very firm and fast today which meant putting had to be spot on - we had many fspeedy tricklers lipping out.Luckily we finished before the worst of the heat

Great course
Great course, really well kept. Only downside is since it’s become pay and play it’s very very busy and a bit slow going round. Tee boxes also getting beat up a bit(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 91 Handicap: 21.7)

Best course in Essex

well kept course with beautiful ,fast and challenging greens. watch out for Hole 12. Busy but with good pace.

Great Course tucked away in the Essex Countryside
First time playing this course which I thoroughly enjoyed. Well maintained, mowers out everywhere and virtually no long rough to speak of. Greens had recently been sanded but were still fast and true. Enough slopes and doglegs to make it interesting and bunkers were in good shape. Overall a medium length course well maintained and with interesting holes. Disappointed that Clubhouse was shut although the ban had lifted on this I believe as other clubhouses have at least opened their bars if not restaurants.Reviewer Rating

Great course.
Our favourite course at the moment. A lot of the social facilities were not available due to Covid 19(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 94 Handicap: 22.2)
