Facilities: golf course.
Location: From M11 Leave at junction 7 Harlow and take the A414 towards Chelmsford. After 1.2 miles you come to a roundabout take the 1st exit (A414 towards Chelmsford). After 1.2 miles you reach the Talbot roundabout go straight over (2nd exit). After 1.0 miles turn right into Blake Hall Road, after 1.1 miles turn right into Toot Hill Road. Continue into Toot Hill Village, just past the Green Man Pub take the left turn towards Stanford Rivers. The Golf Club is 300 yards on the right hand side. From Brentwood From Wilsons Corner take the A128 towards Ongar, after 6.6 miles you reach a mini roundabout turn left (A113) towards Chigwell/Stanford Rivers. After 1.5 miles turn right into Church Road. The Golf Club is 1.8 miles on the left hand side From Abridge Take the A113 towards Ongar passing the Stapleford Airfield on the right hand side. At the Passingford Bridge roundabout turn left 1st exit (A113 towards Ongar). After 3 miles turn left into Church Road. The Golf Club is 1.8 miles on the left hand side.

Played there yesterday, been 10yrs since I was last there, what an improvement, love the new water feature as well, great coffee and breakfast rolls, the girls who work there as well are a delight as is Mark

Good condition; the greens and fairways were spot on. The course is not long and therefor if your a long hitter you rarely have to use mid irons. £30.00 for a monday was a bit steep for what was on offer

A short, but well layed out and maintained course with the occasional spectacular view. Fairways, tees and greens are almost always in great condition. Play is normally carried out at a decent pace.

I played a twilight on Sunday for half the price, so very good value for money. The course was in top shape as the next day was a pro am.

Interestingly laid out course, plenty of challenging shots. Bit too many fairway bunkers can make driving a bit of a lottery.

I enjoyed this course very much. Condition is excellent. Its not particularly long, but a good mixture of holes and the twelth par 3 which I have nicknamed "The card wrecker" is a stunning Island green that makes the legs wobble a bit. Staff are friendly and at £18 on a twilight thought it was good value. Normal cost is £27 a round.
