The course is now seeing the benefits of investment.Excellent club facilities and first class professional staff.The fairways are well defined and greens are unrecognisable from the days of council ownership.The back nine containing 3 par 3's ,rewards a good score on the front nine.

i have just played 18 holes at Hatchford Brook and I would really recommend this course to anyone facility's are excellent and the course is really well kept and maintained and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Course was in good condition despite torrential rain the night before, besides a couple of bunkers that were waterlogged. First round in over 10 years and was relatively pleased with my round. Missing the fairways is brutal though, as there's only a yard of semi rough before you reach dense thicket.

Excellent course it plays a lot harder than it looks! Some of the par 4s are too long and should in reality be 5s

Played this course again on 20/07/08 and I'm even more impressed than last time. With generous fairways, the greens all playing very well and at the same speed and the added plus of sand now in most of the bunkers Hatchford Brook Golf Course is delightful to play. I'm going back for our society captains day on 27/07/08.

This is rapidly becoming my favourite course in the area. Despite all of the dreadful weather we've been having the course is holding up very well indeed. A fair few of the bunkers are now like small lakes surrounding the greens but apart from that, only one temporary tee and all the greens are still in use and are in good condition.

Learnt my golf here so I have a soft spot for it. Not too difficult, one small pond off to the left of the second and quite flat. Most holes are fairly straight except the 1st, which is a 90 degree dog leg left. Excellent facilities and very well kept throughout the year. Only downside is middle of the front 9 is around 150 yards from the runway at Birmingham International, so it can get quite noisy at times.
The best of Birmingham's Muni courses in my opinion.

The course is in excellent condition with the greens being true and fast. Some bunkers consist of compacted sand due to the recent rain, but dont go into them and you will be fine!
