What the club says: The course is an undulating parkland layout with a variety of natural hazards such a dykes and grassy pits as well as the carefully placed bunkers. The course requires a full selection of the golfers shots proving a challenge to the golfer.

Very good course. Could do with a bit of water. Challenging up and down and a good walk. Great wide fairways hard to miss really but well worth and afternoon.

Course very wet and holding water in places, 3 hole shut due to the condition's but green was spot on and managed 18 holes by doing extra 3

This course is ok really for a munie course, I believe its now been taken over by Mack golf, which might mean some money invested in it - as for quality of course - lay out is superb, its a difficult course but like any old munie course it does suffer from being hammered by too much golf being played on it hence some rough tee boxes and greens. Fairways were in not bad nick though last time I played. Well worth another trip to play IMO.

Great course, accessible for beginners and something of a challenge. Currently £12 for 18 holes after 3pm so very good value.

Greens are in decent nick but would be better if people repaired pitch marks.
