Very good municipal course with some tricky holes, like all local municipals, the bunkers are short of sand. Clubhouse is reasonable but no Pro shop.

Fours was in great condition even after the heavy rain of late. No complaints about the greens as they seem to be holding up really well in the dismal Scottish summer

Course in really good condition, much better than previous years I've played. Some good challenging holes. One gripe about the course is that distance markers are hidden beneath the grass level in the middle of the fairway rather than staked at the sides.

course just opened after being closed for 4 days due to the weayher and ground conditions , fairways were still quite wet but the greens were brilliant ran straight and true will definately be back to play many more rounds

Good course for high handicaps. Wide fairways, excellent greens. Only issue with this course is without a course map you need someone who has played the course, can be very confusing. All in all a fantastic course, will be back.

If you had not been told it was a municipal course you really would have no cue. Nice mix of par 3s 4s and 5s and pretty forgiving. Enjoyable test of golf.
