Playsport Golf East KilbrideThe Playsport Golf Heritage Links course is a wonderful par 32 test of your game with rolling hills, undulating fairways, huge USGA specification greens and 51 bunkers to ensure every aspect of your game is brought into play. Inspired in its design by some of the UK’s most famous Open Championship courses we have created a challenging and enjoyable golfing experience for golfers of all levels. Your round starts with a slight dog-leg par 4 played into the wind with fairway bunkers to test you off the tee and completes on a unique par 3 where your tee shot is played over a tree and requires accuracy as the green is surrounded by eight deep faced riveted bunkers.

Golf course review of Playsport Golf East Kilbride

Although short, Playsport is a challenging course especially off theback tees. Set on exposed ground it is always windy. The bunkers are penal and can ruin many a good round. Designed on famous links holes, they have done an excellent job of the greens and bunkers. The greens are nearly always in excellent condition and some are so big that if you find the wrong spot, you can easily find yourself 3 putting. An excellent 9 hole course

Golf course review of Playsport Golf East Kilbride

Course is based on 9 of the best holes from the Open. With 5 par 3 from 9 holes its a very picturesque course.
So while we cant all afford rounds at the Old Course, Muirfield etc on a daily occurance at least this gives you an idea of it
Has a very large American golf shop and a 2 tier range with a replica green from Sawgrass 17th.
No clubhouse though only downside
