Played Marina twice recently (17 & 20 April) as we were on a long weekend break in Mojacar. There were 5 of us and the club gave us a special price, and the cost was around 70 Euro each for green fees, club hire and buggy hire.
Overall the course is very well kept. Fairways are in superb condition and carpet-like and the course itself is certainly challenging.
The 4th to the 12th hole are probably the hardest on the course and are over the other side of the mountain (or very big hill!) and the tee shot on the 4th is superb - playing off the top of the mountain to the fairway at least 150 feet below and to cap it all, you then have a long, winding par 5 to contend with.
The greens were okay but left a bit to be desired. They were peppered with gravel and stone chippings when we played, but I guess the club is preparing them for the summer months so maybe it's to be expected. Not ideal putting conditions and I guess it may have added a shot or two to the overall scores.
One piece of advice; if you're going to play here, take your own clubs. We hired clubs on both rounds and they were diabolical - they had to be at least 10/15 years old and very, very worn. Not sure if that's deliberate from the club in case they're worried about clubs being stolen, but for the money you're paying you should expect to get a decent standard set. On the second round they didn't have enough clubs to make up 5 hire sets so some of us had to do without some irons / woods. Not good enough really.

Tough course if not accurate, holes 4 to 13 are on otherside of hill (mountain?) and are the most challenging. Good greens. Twilight golf 75E for two including buggy.
