Bad condition
Fairways and greens like concrete, and greens in very poor condition, and thats despite a lot of rain in the last week or so. Will pay a little extra to play a better course in future.Nice pint in the bar afterwards though

Never again
This will be the last time I waste my money at this dump, greens were poor and patchy and bone dry, and the whole course was bone dry ,if you end up in a bunker the sand is nice and fluffy but your lie wont be any good as they've never been rakedReviewer Rating

Avoid at all costs
No netting at the side of the driving range means that we were bombarded with 8 balls whilst stood on the first T. 1 of which hit me in the back. The T boxes contain little to no grass. The fairways were ok but the greens were the biggest issue. Very little grass on the greens which were inconsistant and made the ball jump and bobble. The fringe was scabby and again had more mud than grass with not one sprinkler head in sight. Was very dissapointed as the course layout was incredibly challenging and one of the hardest courses ive ever played which is a good thing. In summary the course is very poorly looked after. Spend your money elsewhere where the grounds staff actually care.Reviewer Rating

cheap
greens and tees aren't in very good condition, get these sorted and it would be a great course to play. but for the money (£12.50) can't complain too much.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 95 Handicap: 21.2)

Disappointed
I have not been here for over a year and what difference a year makes. The first disappointment was the lack of welcome and lack of interest from the staff, they were neither helpful of enthusiastic. Secondly the shop, although well stocked the prices are ridiculously expensive. Thirdly was the course, although in reasonable condition, it was not as good as it was a year ago and the greens were slow and rough. I got a feeling it maybe another year ( at least) before I return.Reviewer Rating

Nearly a good course
Every time I go we seem to have a problem with the rude green keepers. If you're the only person on the course they are cutting the hole you are playing 6-7 holes per round and are very off putting. Really good layout though. If there were more ground staff cutting the aprons and taking care of the course it would be great. Just put off by been a foot off the green in 3 inches of thick grassReviewer Rating
