Nice hotel -- bit dated
This course was good considering the rain. However the greens had been hollow tinned and were filled with sand so didnt run very trueReviewer Rating

Fabulous condition
Rather open, bit up down up down but from tee to green the course was in excellent condition. Pretty flat too so good for us lazy people. Paid £20 through the pro shop for the round too which is was well worth the money. Friendly people on and off the course(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 90 Handicap: )

EXCELLENT FAIRWAYS
Rough just of edge of fairways was easy to lose a ball and difficult to get out.. Very slow unfortunately 4 1/2 hours for a 3 ball which didn't improve my mood or my golf!I would avoid playing Saturday Sunday or Monday!

One great nine, one terrible
Very wet front nine and very dull, back nine a gem. Completely over priced and unrealistic for NovemberReviewer Rating

Great summer track, greens average in November
They persist in shaving down the greens yet they can't handle it, footprints everywhere and its not wet yet. Front nine turns into a bog through winter. Back nine is simple the best nine around for me.Great staff, pro shop and starters. I love this course but its a May to Late September based on there prices only. Coffee is great from half way house :-) and cheap over the bar
Winter series £45 + £5 cash sweep not great value.

Hotel not geared up for golfers
Stayed at hotel on site. No storage for golf clubs so had to drag clubs & trolley up to room twice a day.Course had changed with additional bunkers etc. that ever not on my up to date Garmin GPS.
Excepted better from a prestigious course.

A little bit wet under foot
Great course but a bit wet after a very wet week in terms of rain. Would definitely recommend anybody playing here but when conditions are dry.(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 93 Handicap: 16.7)
