Beautiful course in all weathers. Greens keepers do excellent job in keeping course playable when conditions get inclement. Very hilly and demanding.

Really interesting course built in to the hills. Good variety of holes - from the challenging cross slope of the 3rd to some short par 3s like the 4th and 14th.
Condition can depend on time of year but generally good for a municipal. It is the best value for money in the local area.

very well kept course very challenging, as you can tell from the name it is very hilly.next time i play there i will certainly use a buggy

Testing layout and in great condition. Best pay & play in the area and as good if not better than some \'private\' courses costing over £1000/year. Well worth a visit.

Great condition despite the heavy rain earlier in the week. Course in great condition a little wet in places but this didn't spoil the round. a nice variety of hole and difficulty the elevation changes make some hole more challenging than on the scorecard. price very good for the course will defiantly be back

Having played this course off and on for about 40 years i can say it is one of the best municipal courses around.Even if having a bad round it is a very scenic course,a bonus is the 19th hole[hare and hounds ] which is only 5 minutes away.
