In the beautiful Lickey Hills
Lovel course to walk around in. Accuracy is needed as there are plenty of pitfalls, stream, ditches and tree lines.(Round played: Oct 2018 - Score: 100 Handicap: 25)

good course

Nice Surprise.
Was invited to play and was pleasently surprised to find it was actually in not too bad condition at all. As a public course its a very acceptable test of golf. Hitting some lovely shots into some great looking greens was very enjoyable. Overall well worth a visit if nothing else its a good walk. Give it a bash and I think you will be quite surprised at the condition of the course.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 83 Handicap: 12.3)

Great course and scenery

A good course with plenty of variety - mainly through the hillside layout. It is in good condition and the greens ran true. Avoid Wednesday mornings - senior day!!!

Beautiful but tight course
Close to the Birmingham boundary with spectacular views, the course is well maintained, but not for the weary of foot - the hilly course is tight and challenging for all.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 95 Handicap: )

Lovely hilly course. Nice range of holes. Fairly short course that doesn't always require a driver off the tee. Greens improving after a very wet period. Twilight green fee is a bargain for this lovely course.

This is a challenging and beautiful course. Now that spring summer is here course looking good. Now that Thursdays are £10 excellent value.

Friendly course
Course in fine order fairways trimed greens in great condition, an absolute credit to the staff would strongly recommend a visit.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 91 Handicap: 21.3)

Looking and playing Superb
Having played the Lickey's many times for over 40 years I haven't seen looking it this good for a long long time. The fairways and greens were superb and it played very well. It was nice to see it so busy on a Saturday and it did mean a rather slow round which was the only downfall but still really enjoyed it. This must be the best looking Municipal anywhere. Really recommend and hope to be back soon.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 105 Handicap: 17.5)

Quite expensive for an average course
The Greens were in pretty poor condition, I'm not sure if you could really differentiate between the fairways and rough. The fairways were kept in good condition.Reviewer Rating

Nice course let down by people
I enjoyed the layout of the course, was very muddy and wet after all the bad weather. i was dissapointed to find dogs running round off the lead, dog poo on fairways, On one hole there was a group of kids playing football on fairway. overall i was dissapointed with what could have been a nice course.Reviewer Rating

Course is extremely muddy at the moment but green keepers have been putting in more drainage so stay on the fairway. Considering the weather it is better than expected. The scenery is always beautiful regardless the weather. It should be a great course in the summer.
