Great weather

Ridiculous 7 minute tee times and walkers galore
For a municipal it’s a nice challenging course with good variety and in decent condition. Friendly staff and well stocked pro shop but they really need to do something about the tee times.Tee times every 7 minutes are too close and with the course having public rights of way all through it that are very popular with walkers, families etc it’s a nightmare. Round took 4.5-5hrs. Over the first 3/4 holes we were waiting for the group in front to tee off sometimes seeing 2/3 other groups in front of them on the same hole or the next tee. When we arrived at the 8th we became the 3rd group waiting to tee off. Ruins what should be a decent course.

Benefit of the doubt...........Due to the break,
Booking system going through hiccups at present. Web page not reactive...much like telephone system.

Wet in places but a great option to closed courses
closed , we were warned it was wet in places but we're pleasantly surprised, greens were surprisingly dry , majority of fairways were in good condition although a few areas were very wetReviewer Rating

Great course.... But tough on the legs ????

Very pretty look at but both the fairways and greens need to be cut much shorter. Greens were VERY slow without exception. Fairways were "winter" length and needed a few more mill cu toff. Otherwise the usual testing course didn't let us down.

Nice course.
A good course to play with some tricky holes. It was in excellent condition with good tees, very good fairways and fast greens. Holes 2, 3 and 4 will make you think though the course is fairly straight forward after that. Worth a try.Reviewer Rating
