Lots of potential

It has the potential to be a well presented and challenging course. It's just not maintained and presented well enough to warrant the green fee.

Disappointing greens

Disappointed at the quality of the greens. Lots of marks and blemishes which made putting a bit of a lottery. The £32.50 fee seemed very expensive considering the poor greens. However a range of different fairways and challenges.

Overpriced

Played Leatherhead in Sept.

Conditions of greens were poor and course looked shabby. £42 was way over priced considering the course and how it looked (shabby to say the least). If this was anywhere else but London it would be £10 a round.

The course is interesting and does have a variety of holes, unfortunately the condition of the course was poor. Greens very bad, fairways uncut and soggy, most of the yellow tees were between 70-100 yards further up than usual summer location. I got a £24 rate via teeofftimes and I thought that represented ok value, no way I'd pay the walk up rate of £39.

The course was not bad at all but there were a few things that I didn't like. The tees are really close to the greens so when you are hitting your approach shots, the group in front is standing very close to where you want to hit and with my standard of golf, that can be very off putting/dangerous!!
There is little in the way of advantage given to the red tees. Fair enough on the par 3's and 4's but not on the long par 5's. One of the groups in front of us were very loud and 4 lads playing with 3 sets of clubs - not good.
The food hut half way round was excellent - great coffee and rolls.
The course itself was fine but nothing special and I think ?39 is a lot for this course.

Course still wet in parts Bunkers are in poor state, little sand and grass growing in most. Rough very severe around bunkers and in the trees. Greens generally slow but true.

Not my favourite course, fairly tight but greens slow. Not overly interesting and for the money there are alot better courses around.

I was very disappointed to pay ?40 for a round without being informed that that the course is undergoing extensive improvement/maintenance works.Front nine has more interest with longer par 4?s but very uneven & muddy fairways.Greens slow. All round a forgettable experience.

Not a bad track. Due to COVID all facilities were closed. Greens were very bumpy and more than once the ball was thrown from its path. But just good to be out swinging the big dog in anger again.

good course

Front nine quite tricky with lots of doglegs, ditches. Mature trees make shot placement important. Worth a visit if in the area.
