Not bad
Small course with lots of out of bounds so not forgiving on most holes. Would I play here again noHave played better course for a litttle less money. If you can drive straight then you can be on most of the greens in 2 as the it's par 4 hole are short but as I said there is a lot of out of bounds if you hook and slice your tee shot.

A well-kept course ruined by slow play. Overall a short but challenging course with good tee and pin locations that make up for a lack of length. The greens were in great condition but play very slow. The big downside is that a course just over 5000 yards took 4.5 hours to complete, which meant LOTS of waiting around. There was no management of slow play with 4 groups waiting to tee off behind us. There may have been a competition in front of our group but there is a lot a club can to do to improve this. There wasn't a starter or a marshall managing the course at all. It's letting what is a really good course down.

Fairways in good conditions. Revised layout with slightly longer tee-off area on 7 is great. Greens in good condition, playing fast.

Course was in reasonable condition. Topsoil had been applied to the greens which made them very slow.

Played twilight golf, called the clubhouse to enquire how busy the course was, the message was that it was pretty quiet.
Turned up payed my £10 stood on the first tee only to see a two ball, a 3 ball and several 4 balls meandering ahead of me.
Ended up playing the first, second and third twice to avoid to inevitable gridlock. All in all a disjointed two thirds of a round of golf on what is a nice little course.
I thought there were too many out of bounds markets which punished marginally errant drives. Most fairways are delineated by white out of bound stakes which is hugely unfair given the tightness of the course especially if the wind blows.
Friendly, well maintained golf club, would definitely return.

Short easy course in decent condition with a few nice holes which is amazing value for money at £12 inc a bacon roll and a coffee!
