Could be better
Greens and fairways excellent the tee boxes could be better first time visit since the change in layout and preferred the old layout. Poor signage for holes and lots of holes with no markings for the price should be betterReviewer Rating

Some interesting holes...
But overall not for me.. the course was tight but that wasn't the problem.. it's just a little boring.. it didn't help that the greens had all been sanded so absolutely nothing stuck, and putting was either through treacle or on glass depending on the break. Not one I?d personally rush back to play.Reviewer Rating

Lovely course
Wonderful course. Very tricky in places. Some beautiful holes especially the par 3s. Would love to play again in the future(Round played: Jul 2020 - Score: 42 Handicap: )

My local - Cottesmore
Played Phoenix Course today. I loved it.The greens are great after the Covid-19 break, and I think the 9 hole Phoenix is fantastic. It's made up 6 4's and 3's, and there is enough variation on the course if you are playing twice for the 18. I played in the glorious sunshine in the Summer.
A great terrace bar overlooks the two courses.

greens well kept, but would be helpful if people playing appreciated this and repaired after themselves

Good Challenge
A very nice facility well worth the visit. Once you are able to use the Clubhouse and showers i would round off a good day. The greens are lightning quick. A very nice layout with good scenery and some nice looking holes.(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 91 Handicap: 14.5)

Nice course - a little busy
First time here for over 20years. Didn't remember a single hole!! A couple of blind tees and the maps on the tee not always in the right place or gave the "right" detail. Course in good nick, though some of the greens a little bumpy. Would definitely play there again(Round played: Jun 2020 - Score: 91 Handicap: 16.3)
