Greens were great. Quite a challenge with rough, water and trees being quite punishing.

Great greens fast. Bunkers with a bit of casual water but had heavy rain that morning This club is always good value and a great atmosphere for familiys taking up the game

Albeit it wasn't a very nice day weather wise but ?35 for this course is an absolute rip-off. Couldn't tell what was fairway and what was rough as colouring and cut was poor.
Greens in poor condition also.

Great course in winter and the greens are first class. However in summer you often get rubbish lies on the fairway as it gets parched. Always windy from the 5th onwards.

Hadn't played here for 8 years and it's changed quite a bit. Their Club Championships were last weekend, so this should be as good as it gets. Everything was very tidy and looked in good condition. Greens were slightly slower than I would expect, but they ran well and were consistent. Pins were still in some difficult places, so it was easy to 3 putt if not on form. Bunkers were a bit untidy, but there were quite a few people out before us - nothing a good raking wouldn't deal with.
Since I last played here; the par 4 8th has been shortened into a par 3, because residents houses were being hit with wayward drives. This makes 3 very short par 3's on the front, which finishes with 2 par 3 holes.
The stroke indexes of some of the holes seems strange, with very short straight holes being low indexes - everyone in my group had at least one 4 point hole! Also - it is now only 5800 yards off the yellow tees.

Friendly reception at the clubhouse. Course was in good condition if a little scorched on the fairways. Greens and tee boxes in very good condition. Challenging And varied in its own right. Quite forgiving fairways.

course played well. Very dry on fairways but to be expected given recent weather. Bunkers were short on sand and had a lot of stones in them which should be an easy fix

Greens were trickier than I remember but course played nicely and clubhouse very welcoming.

A very decent, if not a bit 'short', layout. Greens had just been hollow cored so whilst not at what I'd imagine are their best were still as good as if not better than any others in the locale. Shame about the 8th being reduced to a par three, but overall it's still a very decent challenge when the wind is up! Especially holes 15, 16 & 17. Friendly & helpful staff throughout. Would definitely play again.

Course in fairly good condition. Bunkers have plenty of sand. Greens pretty good but would not rate as excellent as others have said. Overall found course boring. Flat, very wide fairways with little danger apart from several ponds to catch wayward shots. Signage poor. No maps on card or on signs next to tees, therefore on a few holes left guessing which way the dog leg goes. Generally the course is still maturing and improvement will come.\\\\\\\\\\\\

Very nice golf course. Greens are in superb condition relative to the time of year. Only played here once (April 2016) however can't bare to imagine what the greens would be like during the summer! Must be so hard to putt on with the undulations. Great facilities including a grass driving range (always welcomed), great short game area.

I have played this course many times over the past year during which time the course has been consistently and carefully improved by the current management. The tees and greens have been superb throughout the year and, due to the excellent drainage, this is probably the best winter course in the county and regularly hosts the area pro-am competitions. The course can get a little dry in the summer but the tees and greens are well watered and will always hold a well hit shot!! The pro shop, bar and restaurant facilities are all excellent and very good value.

The course is one of the best to play in the winter months because the tees and greens are excellent. Fairways in very good condition. Overall good course, challenging in the wind. Sadly the two par threes, numbers 8 and 9 are the only thing that disappoints. Hole 8 was a par 4 until a local resident complained about golf balls breaking the glass in his greenhouse. Good course.
