Course. In decent nick. Few of the t-boxes were a bit muddy but not bad... One bad pin position due to water on the green. Overall very good.

Not bad condition considering rain, but shorter holes where green is in the shade, suffer from excessive pitch marks and a couple of bare patches on closing holes. Tees could do with moving more often.

Good course, not very tough, avoid bunkers as in poor condition, book online as not worth actual green fee!

The Falconwood course is not great, it is open, fairways and greens not fantastic, and not a huge amount of variation. There are often some serious hackers going round, but I suppose everyone has to start somewhere. Its about £22 and as a beginners course it is perfect.
The Championship course this offers excellent value, and is a much better course. I have played a few times here, and there is good variation, some tricky holes and a good clubhouse. For £27 a round it represents good value in the context of London. The course is not that long, but that does not take away from the enjoyment. In the last few weeks, the greens have been fantastic, and when dry extremely quick. Enjoy.

Played the falcon wood course and it's true you get what you pay for. A bit of a bland course with not much going on, very open and hilly with no real trouble. Wouldn't rush back but not in bad nick for the money.
