Very poor
Falconwood course is just a big field with tee boxes at one end and flags at the other - the fair value of a round of golf here should be about £5 for 18 holes, it is more like £22. Totally unkept, disgrace of a course. Championship course is much better but management are so poor there are drunk people going round. AVOID.Reviewer Rating

Swful
Played the Championship course which is slightly ironic because nothing about it is champion. I had to pay online before I arrived which was clever on their behalf as frankly I would have sought another course had I just turned up. No pro shop (just a nice chap behind a bar). Balls only sold by the dozen (annoying). Fairways truly dreadful - imagine playing off farmland. Greens not too bad to be fair.Maybe better in the summer but I think still the worst course I have ever playing. Croydon has so many better options.

Destroying a well-loved course
I have many happy memories of playing the championship course but I was shocked by what I saw today. The course has never drained particularly well but today it was in the worst condition I've ever seen and, to make matters worse, the management were letting numerous buggies out which were churning up the fairways. Like playing in a ploughed field - won't be back til summer.Reviewer Rating

Terrible condition
Really disappointed group of 8 of us visited and paid full fees. The course was completely waterlogged and not playable .Come on Crown Golf you can be a little more honest with your customers.Maybe we should have taken the hint as the car park was empty. We usually play here about 6 times a year but I don,t think that will be the case this year sorry not good enough.Reviewer Rating

This place is going down hill. The greens have been shrunk in size and are in poor condition. Also many trees have been felled. No one ever lets you play through
