Lovely little golf course - amazing views at some holes and bares its teeth on the back 9!

Good condition and an excellent course for higher handicaps as it gives plenty of opportunities to make pars and even birdies

Thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf ...the course was in excellent condition..really friendly reception ...well worth the course fees...food was very good too ..all in all a very enjoyable day

Really nice course in two halves: older front 9 shorter and more varied than newer, longer back 9. Some lovely holes: 8th par 3 over burn, 11th dogleg to green on hill and 17th downhill round the corner inviting a draw. Beautiful scenery and well groomed course (the way ruined cottages and drystane dykes are integrated into the course layout is great) extremely friendly clubhouse staff. Perhaps a little expensive compared to other, similar courses, but still well worth a visit.

Great course. Challeging holes. Slowed up by four in front and we were holding up two pairs behind who fortunately were very understanding. Food not great as there was a large queue when we finished and my cheeseburger was like concrete.

Course generally played well.Unfortunate that some greens have had some damage due to the severe flooding.However they are on the mend and are starting to improve nicely due to the great efforts of the staff.Would recommend.
