Played well ground very hard and greens were very tricky to stay on. Course is getting better with time

Nice course and facilities. Great to start to play golf as very wide fairways and not many areas to get into trouble

course play is very slow 6 hours for a round is not unusual

Haven't played here for a few months. Generally the course was in good condition. Grrens were the best that I have seen them for a while. The course needs some bins and ball washers dotted about. Very inexpensive in the grand scheme of things, but they make a difference.....

Course was in good nick today. Last years issues with the damaged greens were not apparent. Recovery seems to be complete.

Wide open course and fairways, adjacent to Dartmoor, so subjected to moorland weather, however stunning views down the valley to Devonport and out to sea. Down side would be the similarity of holes. Good Clubhouse.

Whilst the course offers many challenges, particularly walking from green to tee, I was a little disappointed with the conditions of the greens, being only days away from the start of the season. Nevertheless, great day and I look forward to the course knowledge now learnt, on my next visit

This course is still maturing, but its playing much better than last year. Still very wet on some of the fairways.

Can't be as bad as some reviews are stating, there are over 550 members( more than any other local club). The course has also hosted Devon county matches and this year will be hosting the Devon county boys & girls championship. It's a bit harsh to pick a course to pieces during the wet and cold winter months, I'm sure no course is looking its best. The course has no temp greens and very few temp tees.
