Very Slow
Lovely course but overcrowded when we played… an hour to play first 3 holes ! Spread out a bit on back 9 but only as people walked off. 5.5 hour round in total !Reviewer Rating

Competition Practice Round
The course was in good condition and a perfect relief from the English weather at this time of the year(Round played: Nov 2018 - Score: 91 Handicap: 11.1)

Group of ten, lowest handicap 7, highest 24.
Course is fantastic, great to open the shoulders after QDL South the previous day.
Some stupendous driving holes coupled with some real thinking holes, great balance, great mix.
Greens were a little fluffy although I believe the hot summer has prevented them from being cut as short as they should so no issues there.
Downside, infrastructure poor, no buggies (they were eventually brought to us after 5 holes), no starter and a tiny clubhouse.
Play the course for it's merits but don't expect the frills that should accompany the price tag

Good but not a patch on QDL South
Nice course, very wide open and potential for punishment if playing off back tees. Heavy maintenance work on the course and conditions made it play a lot easier than it could.Reviewer Rating

Tournament standard
Modern course with very difficult greens - very fast and bouncy. 3 puts was normal on the greens, and little chance of getting up and down from off the green. Very good layout. In the Spring the orange trees on the course are full of wonderful fruit which you are encouraged to pick and take away. Overall it makes you realise how good the professionals are.Reviewer Rating

Look out for the 9th ...
… it can spoil a round as I found out - tricky tee shot and then more water! Fairly open course otherwise and in great condition.(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 103 Handicap: 18.6)

Nice course
Played all three Quinta courses and Laranjal is my second favourite of them. The fairways were good, the greens ran well and the course played tough due to the wind even though they had put everyone off the front tees. The only negative was the course was very packed and you could see golfers wherever you looked.Reviewer Rating
