We received a very friendly welcome from everybody at this club. The course is very interesting to play with a good variety of holes. Superbly maintained it is a good test of your golf.

Nice enough course though £49 for the weekend is very poor value for money especially when compared to what is on offer at the other Spey Valley courses particularly Grantown.

Another top course in a great setting, with the Strathspey Steam Railway chugging along next to the opening holes.

We played it the day before Spey Valley - it's shorter and tighter, with lots of links-type shots and bounces. The first 7 holes were played into a stiff wind - very difficult, anything loose is gone. Easier downwind on the way back.

We didn't pick the best weather to play the course in but still an enjoyable day. Some really nice feature holes.

My favourite course! Wonderfully scenic location, tree lined , ups and downs, never seems busy, and very friendly club house. If only I lived closer than Essex!
