Great for a tour!
We played all three courses at La Manga over the course of 3 days. All three of the courses are quite different in terms of layout and all very enjoyable. The South Course greens were in a bit of a sorry state, they had recently been treated and hollowtined, which we were told about prior to the round and given the opportunity to play one of the other courses instead. The North Course greens were much better, although there are still some patches of disease however these didn't detract from the enjoyment one bit. The West Course however is a masterpiece of complexity and a course you MUST plot your way around. Hard but highly rewarding, the West Course will not disapoint.Reviewer Rating

La Manga - Class
Have wanted to play La Manga for years and it didn't let me down. I played the North, with the South and West to be played in the future. The views of the mountains were great and the course condition was fantastic. Challenging course for sure, tree-lined and water on holes in tricky places.Reviewer Rating

Great courses and facilities
West course - Short and very tricky. You have to think your way around. Tip - Get a course planner. Located away from North and South and fewer facilitiesSouth Course - long and interesting with great views. Fantastic condition
North Course - similar to South but some greens in poor condition (possibly diseased)
Great facilities at North and South

West Course
Course was in good condition in early October, with firm but receptive greens. Found this to be very narrow and testing of tee shots and approach shots. Course management is crucial as there is only opportunity to hit driver on one or two holes for an average length hitter. Greens were small and well protected by trees, hazards and bunkers. Most definitely the hardest of the La Manga courses and particularly hard for low handicappers as there is no leeway for error.\\Having said this, it was a good challenge and would definitely like to play again.Reviewer Rating

South Course
Played in October. Weather was a warm 25 degrees and course was relatively busy. Found the ‘championship’ course to be fair. Testing ball striking mostly but with good opportunities for birdies. Rewards accurate driving and does offer the ability to take more risky lines in return for greater chances at birdie.Reviewer Rating
