Isla Canela Golf is a 5937m long course which is 'user-friendly' whilst at the same time challenging course for golfers of all standards. Any player with medium handicap can enjoy it because the greens are generous in width, true and most of them easy to reach.
Really spectacular water hazards which surround some holes come directly from the river forming natural lakes. Gorgeous and also difficult is the second hole par-5. Not particularly long, only 447m, but well bunkered and with a stream which cuts across the fairway a couple of times and comes into play.
Difficult holes:
-Par-4 fourteenth is 383m long dog-leg to the left.
-Par-5 seventeenth is 489m long where a big lake awaits the wayward drive and the second shot has out of bounds on the left.
-Par-4 eighteenth of 373m has out of bounds on both sides of the fairway.No rating :
