Alcanada opened in 2003, and is next to the Mediterranean sea. The par 72 course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr and Jr and has 4 par 5s, 8 par 4s and 4 par 3s. The virgin terrain gently slopes down towards the shoreline, with its pine, olive and oak trees and there is a marvellous view of the island of Alcanada with lighthouse in the foreground, and the mountains of the Sierra de Levante in the background. This course is a must for every golfer. Located at Puerto de Alcudia, about 45 minutes from Palma. Course Information
