Tight, tough little course. Placement off tee vital! I only took driver out bag once on this course, 3 wood and 5 iron were the keys to a decent round.

Great course, but I've never been asked to skip a hole, so the green keeper can cut a fairway!

An acquired taste?.
Fine if you like playing blind holes. Probably a much better experience second time round. Take plenty of golf balls with you.Reviewer Rating

Lots of fun but very hard work - hilly. I'd play again although quite depressing for a beginner to have so many holes where you can't see the pin at all.

Interesting course with tight, challenging holes. Friendly club but a little pricey. Unfortunately round spoiled by the weather but not surprising in this part of the world.

Relatively short course with some tricky holes.
The 1st hole is more like a links course hole, driving blind over some fearsome looking rocky outcrops.
Rocks do come into play on several holes and are obviously best avoided.
Nice clubhouse with friendly staff.

Lovely views, not a long course but a tight one, very nice greens and well kept fairways. Good club house. They do have a practice area, but you will have to use your own balls there.

Windermere Golf Club
Very short course but don't let that put you off, small greens, fairways are tight and undulating with no bale out area for wayward shots. The staff in the shop were welcoming and let me have the round cheaper as there was hollow tining and sanding going on. Good views and course in good condition.Reviewer Rating
