Course a good challenge, as Blackwell Grange have now taken over this club I can only think it will get better,

no rakes in bunkers you had to carry one around with you not good. no ball cleaners at all on course.
fairways are nice and wide greens are well guarded overall a good course and good value for money
if they adress the couple of negatives it will be excellent

Nice course,lots of bunkers,very flat,fast greens and greenfees are reasonable at fifteen quid fifty weekday.

Used to be a municipal course but is now in private hands and is taking a while to get over the hacking and hammering it's had in the past, it's ok, not great, a couple of nice holes but generally the greens aren't great and the fairways are scabby in places, inconsistencies in the bunkers too. The clubhouse is now really nice and great value. Don't leave your clubs out as there are definite security issues.
