Darlington Golf Club
Founded in 1908, this mature wooded parkland course was designed by the great Alistair Mackenzie. His other masterpieces include the Augusta National: home of the US Masters. The 6,270 yard, par 70 course provides ample test for all levels of handicap and is a great way to enjoy the delights of Durham's beautiful countryside.

Well kept and nice and flat staff friendly, catering good however could do with some money spending on clubhouse

My home course, parkland, very well maintained and designed by same designer as Augusta so undulating greens with tricky pin positions everywhere. Signature par 3 third is a great hole as well as the monster 11th at 450yards par 4. Overall a great golf course which any level player would enjoy.
