Good course
Good course with some variety. Fairways a bit bare in places but greens very good and overall good quality.Reviewer Rating

State of Course
Luckily the course was frozen, otherwise it would have been a mud bath, however because the lake was partially frozen, l did a ?BARNES WALLACE across the 17th and landed in the bunker.Reviewer Rating

Nice Course -great set up
Enjoyable and challenging course. In the present heat wave the fairways rock solid and very dry, but greens in very good condition. Worth playing just for the last two holes!!Reviewer Rating

Evening at Silvermere
Got out on weekday at Silvermere where after 5pm tee times are £20. Had a great round, fairways were dry but this was definitely helping on the long holes here. Pace of play also excellent, helped by having a starter hut on the 1st tee. Other courses should follow suit. Will be back another evening soonReviewer Rating

Tough
Silvermere is a tough track and you need to be accurate, especially on the first 6 holes and last 2.The finishing 2 holes are spectacular, especially the 17th over water and the near island green on 18.
The greens were lovely today. Very green and flat, with subtle borrows.
The food was very good and the staff pleasant.
The range is excellent and they have the best golf shop in the south of England in my opinion.

Surprise at the end.
Great course friendly staff well stocked shop, tracer driving range. If you can keep it straight of the tee you'll be fine, venture off line (good luck ????????),great finishing two holes of the yellow when we played 128 yards to carry the lake, then a good tee shot needed on the eighteenth to stand a chance to make par.Reviewer Rating

Always a challenge
Bit of both on this course, tight and open. Always a challenge but good for any level of player. Greens seems to have improved slightly.Reviewer Rating
