Challenging Course
Excellent course in fantastic condition, tricky in parts a course you definitely have to think your way around. The facilities here are amazing with a lovely bar area with friendly staff. The driving range is nice and there is also an American Golf shop onsite. There are also lots for the family here as there’s an adventure golf course for the kids and also a foot golf and academy course.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 87 Handicap: 19.6)

Let's be honest!
Firstly, the overriding feeling you get as you walk around the facilities is one of a profit oriented feeling. Almost as if loyal golf members have dropped lower down the pecking order, behind a family of 4 that want to play "mini-golf" and have a meal. This leads into my next point/observation. If you want turn up as a golfer, to practice or play you are cast aside to pave the way for a more fashionable clientele. From my own personal experience you cannot use the great driving range on the weekend between 11am-16:00pm because the "mini-golf" is open and of health and safety concerns! Which screams poor planning of where its located and poor construction!
This club used to be somewhere people wanted to play, now its a place that drives members out and looks only to strengthen its bank balance.

Enjoyable but slow
Good compact course with excellent facilities. Very slow competition play in front of us that needed to be managed better. One temp tee which on the website said they would never need. Greens quick, bunkers okraReviewer Rating

One of our TMC club tournaments. Enjoyable if a tad cold. Course in reasonable condition and surprising fo this time of year, greens were very fast and different from the practice facilities(Round played: Nov 2018 - Score: 95 Handicap: 19.2)

As stated it needs rain
Played yesterday and the course is running so fast . Balls going more than 50 yards further than normal . Thus have to allow for that . Greens are running slow as they have been allowed to grow for protection . Bunkers are poor . Played at twilight and around in 3 hours and price very good . Long walks between tees . Think this would be a good winter course if it drains well as not too long and has some interesting looking holes .Reviewer Rating

Scorching Hot - Difficult Course
On a baking hot day and a brown fairway, lush greens some say real links golf...Enjoyable round but so hot.
Bunkers overall were pretty poor and tee conditions could be improved, however as a set out golf course pretty good, if a tad expensive at £30 for a weekend. I expect slightly better quality of golf course and on course facilities would have been very helpful due to the conditions

Needs rain!!!
Wow this course needs some rain, or the club need to water more than just the greens. The first 6 holes are totally different from the last 12 holes, perhaps an old 9 hole course than has been adapted into 18. The last 12 holes are a great layout with many bunkers and water in play, therefore a thinking course. The first 6 holes are pretty basic. The ground conditions are very poor at the moment due to the weather and the greens need some work. Its a long walk from the 18th back to the 'clubhouse' so be prepared to walk more than just the 18 holes.Reviewer Rating
