The greens were the only decent part of the course. We played mid-October on fine warm day and told it was still summer rates of £35. However they were all Winter Tees - and most of the course was covered by sheep and their deposits. Fairwars and not well defined and no real separation so balls flying everywhere. Pennant park is in Holywell - much better and cheaper so go there.

was a nice course but a very windy day. had group on vouchers so well worth it. a few g.u.r area and a few more sighs need putting out to show where the next holes are.

not to be played when wet but a buggy helps,
interesting to play over a road checking stance,address,swing and then having to check for cars etc --very unusual,dont let your spouse drive the buggy,quarrys are deep by there very nature,
one of those courses that i would imagine gets better and better the more you play it but for me once or twice a year is enuff

Very challenging heathland course with a links feel. Some narrow undulating fairways but with quality, tight greens. If your 'Mr or mrs Parkland' then this course is going to be well outside your comfort zone!

The course wasnt easy to play. Plenty of tough holes. However, i found some greens were poorly maintained. hundreds of sheep were on one of the bigger fairways and there shite to put it nicely was all over some of the greens. The windy weather when i played made the course tricky but overall its worth playing.

Nice Course

Society golf
2nd time playing this course and again really enjoyed it.A links type course up on top of a hill.Played in decent weather both times I have been here but I?d bet it's brutal on a wet & windy day.I will look forward to our next visit to this great course.

Hollywell GC 2nd November
Having never played this course before I wasn't sure what to expect but what a pleasant surprise.The layout is fantastic with some really great holes that will challenge golfers of all abilities (I play off 28) and managed to get round in 101.It's links type set up is fantastic although we did have a really calm day so I can imagine it could be brutal on a windy day.
Well worth a trip out though and the added bonus was that the breakfast that we had was bang on as well.

First time playing and excellent
Although my game didn'g show it, it is a great course and in excellent condition, verh friendly atmosphere on the course and in club house(Round played: Jan 2018 - Score: 104 Handicap: 27.6)
